Yoga Class Descriptions:
Integral Hatha Yoga: This class is designed for all levels. With attention to alignment, skill, and deep stretching, this class offers a slow steady movement and inner body awareness. This class will get you centered with an emphasis on mindful transitions and breath. This class is for all levels and Beginners encouraged!
Functional Flow Yoga: Introducing more challenging transitions and creative functional movements, this class is for those looking for some good continuous movement and a chance to practice new and interesting transitions as it flows into primal and ancestral patterns. This class is for those who already have a solid foundation in the basics.
Beginning/Gentle Functional Yoga: Welcome to Yoga! These classes offer the fundamentals of basic yogic postures and functional movements to get you on the mat and successfully grounded in your new practice. This class is open to all levels. Beginners are encouraged, of-course, but this is also a great class for those who are already established in their asana practice. We visit new and exciting movements for mobility, balance, stability, strength, and awareness.
Yoga Flow: Similar to our Functional Flow Yoga classes, this class is based on beginners and all levels. Introducing transitions and creative functional movements, this class is for those looking for some good continuous movement, a little core building, mobility practices, and a chance to practice new and interesting transitions as it flows into primal and ancestral patterns.
