Yoga Class Descriptions:
Slow Flow Yoga: This class is designed for all levels. With attention to alignment, skill, and functional movement, this class offers a slow steady movement and inner body awareness. This class will get you centered with an emphasis on mindful transitions.
Flow Yoga: Introducing more challenging transitions and creative movements, this class is for those looking for some good continuous movement and a chance to practice new and interesting things. This class is for those who already have a solid foundation in the basics.
Beginning/Gentle Yoga: Welcome to Yoga! These classes offer the fundamentals of basic yogic postures and functional movements to get you on the mat and successfully grounded in your new practice.
Core Strength Yoga: A dynamic mindfulness practice targeting the core to build heat and ignite metabolism. This fluid class is designed to build self awareness and get you moving on and off the mat with a strong emphasis on managing core muscles.
EveryBODY Yoga Begins Feb 7th @ 10:30 EveryBODY Yoga is designed to bring yoga to those who feel that the traditional class setting is not providing the support and encouragement that is needed to feel successful in yoga. This 6 week series is open to all shapes, ability levels and sizes. This is an inclusive, non-judgmental class that emphasizes embodiment and joyful movement. There is no weight or ability requirement and everyone is welcome!
Restore Your Core Series: A gentle method to retrain your core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive, and supportive to the body. Helping you learn to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create patterns of strength, mobility, length, and support.
