Yoga Class Descriptions:
Integral Hatha Yoga: This class is designed for all levels. With attention to alignment, skill, and deep stretching, this class offers a slow steady movement and inner body awareness. This class will get you centered with an emphasis on mindful transitions and breath.
Functional Flow Yoga: Introducing more challenging transitions and creative functional movements, this class is for those looking for some good continuous movement and a chance to practice new and interesting transitions as it flows into primal and ancestral patterns. This class is for those who already have a solid foundation in the basics.
Beginning/Gentle Yoga: Welcome to Yoga! These classes offer the fundamentals of basic yogic postures and functional movements to get you on the mat and successfully grounded in your new practice.
Glow Yoga: A space to wake your body and your mind with mindful movement. Come and test the limits both of your balance and strength. In this class we will play with range of motion, challenging self limitations and strengthening ourselves. Get ready to "glow" and have fun!
Restore Your Core 6 Week Series: A gentle method to retrain your core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive, and supportive to the body. Helping you learn to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create patterns of strength, mobility, length, and support.
