Want to go on physical adventures but feel like it’s not accessible to the body you’re in? This class is all the prep to get your body ready for any adventure that would bring you joy from head to toe!
This series builds off the idea that your body is strong in the way you habitually move, or not move, and moving in more diverse ways builds stabilizing strength and mobility. This strength is available to you once you have more information regarding how movement works. Our Free Range Movement weekly class builds on sequences focused on strengthening and mobilizing all areas of the body with dynamic and functional movements that focus on mobility over flexibility. It builds smart sequences influenced by movement science and alignment with a focus on ancestral and natural body movements. We will build awareness of and explore our own patterns while having fun in a supportive environment.
This is an 8 week progressive series designed to build the strength, mobility, and function you need to live a life of joy and adventure.
Classes will be on Wednesday’s from 5:30-6:30 pm
We will wrap up this series with an optional group adventure!
The entire series will cost: $120
