Nick Hancock
Nick has been practicing martial arts since 1987. He was raised with a Tai Chi and Kung Fu school and began taking classes at the age of five. As a young teen, he was teaching both children and adult classes at Body Balance Healing Arts Center where he studied with his father, Master Pat Hancock. Nick also had the great honor to study with his father's teacher, Grand Master Huang Chien-Liang. Growing up with a martial arts background in Marland, Nick attended and participated in international and national Kung Fu and Tai Chi tounements. Through the years of tournemtns, he has placed first in international forms and sparing competitions as well as been a judge for forms and fighting. Nick believes that his dedication and disciplined practice has led him to becoming the owner and founder of Balance & Harmony. With a strong practice like Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Yoga, or Music, a person can gain an understanding of how to live and walk in balance and harmony. His ongong experience studying Tai Chi and Kung Fu has led to many insites in the art of music. In 1995, at the age of 13, Nick began studying guitar with Jonny Glaze. As Glaze shared his knowledge of guitar playing and music theory, Nick realized that martial arts practice and music practice were similar. The presence required in either practice has to be cultivated and has to be deep. Practicing deep presence can lead one into living a balanced life. Nick now teaches Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Music and believes that balanceing movement and stillness in our lives can greatly enhance the human experiance.

Erin Hancock
Erin began her yoga practice in her late teens while living in California. Mainly using her practice for theraputic reasons, she quickly learned the incredible benefits of a regular yoga practice. With a basic background in and a fascination for anatomy and physiology, Erin decided to turn her medical career into helping others heal through awareness and acceptance. In 2006, Erin completed her first teacher training course with YogaFit and has become certified to teach Pre/post natal as well as modifications for minor injuries and senior adults. Erin's inspiration for teaching comes from the transformation that happens with her practice and in the practice she sees in others. The importance of healing the body and mind through meditation and a disciplined practice is brought out in every class. Erin brings the importance of humor to her classes and believes that it is important to be humble and love this beautiful gift of a body. She encourages her students that their practice is a gift to themselves in mindfulness, acceptance, and transformation bringing joy, peace, love, and gratitude into their lives.
She continues to study with YogaFit and will be moving into a Yoga Therapy teacher training in 2011.

Sherry Wolfson
Sherry's personal journey with Yoga began over 20 years ago. And after raising 4 children and teaching special education and preschool for 30 years, she knew it was time for a change. Her yearning to explore the spiritual and creative side of herself took her on a deeper inward journey to the Kripalu School of Yoga in Massachusetts where she entered a month long yoga intensive teacher training. She received her 200hr Kripalu Yoga teacher certification in 2005. Her dedication to her practice continues to deepen with her inspiration to others in her classes.
