Baby & Mommy Yoga
Are you looking for a calming and nurturing atmosphere to support your infant's development, improve baby’s sleep and digestion, and enhance bonding? Balance & Harmony is looking to hold that playful and positive space for you and your baby. If you are interested in being a part of this bonding experience, please contact Erin. Babies and mommies must be at least 6 weeks postpartum.
