Kid's Yoga Class
January 9th through March 12th
For grades 3rd through 5th (an average of 8 to 10 years old)
Mondays 5:00-5:45pm
Located at Club Fit
Instructor Sherry Wolfson of Balance & Harmony
Price 10 weeks for $100
A fun and creative way for kids to build flexibility, strength, and body
awareness. The use of breathing exercises helps kids become centered and
focused. Kids will stimulate their imagination, improve concentration, and
release energy in a fun and safe environment. Kids Yoga encourages inner
strength and confidence, self esteem, and a wonderful feeling of well being.
Winter Tai Chi & Kung Fu in Oregon City
Looking for some day time activities? We now offer day time classes at a discounted price located in Oregon City. Register through Clackamas Community College to earn credit or through Balance & Harmony for no credit.
Kung-Fu: Class begins January 10th and ends the second week in March. Class time is 11:00-12:20pm. $130 fee to B&H.
Tai Chi: Class begins January 10th and ends the second week in March. Class time is 12:30-1:50pm. $130 fee to B&H.
